A 28 year old girl from California can go to jail for 20 years for a fight with a flight attendant on board an airplane. So she reacted to the urgent request to put on a medical mask correctly.
Vivianna Guinonez, a 28-year-old resident of the California city of Sacramento, started a fight with a flight attendant on board a Southwest airline plane. It is alleged that she punched her in the face and knocked out the flight attendant’s teeth in a fit of rage, which could result in a 20-year prison sentence. Vivianna herself has already pleaded guilty to a federal crime and is now awaiting trial.
The incident occurred on May 23 of this year, when the culprit was flying from Sacramento to San Diego. When the flight attendant asked her to fasten her seat belt, fold the table in the chair in front of her and properly put on a medical mask, the passenger began to record the words of the flight attendant on her mobile phone, and then suddenly stood up and dealt her a powerful blow to the face. Vivianna grabbed the girl by the hair and could have done her other harm if other passengers had not intervened.
The final verdict is expected to be handed down in March by a San Diego federal court. For this crime, the maximum term is 20 years, as well as a fine of $ 250,000. However, the prosecution believes that it will ask for no more than 4 months in prison and about 6 months of house arrest.
